Assist members interested in personal training decisions and finding which training program works best for them.

Observe clients and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill and physical improvement.

Assist clients in setting specific and attainable fitness goals.

The primary duties of a Certified Personal Trainer include, but are not limited to:
